nahhh i cant see anything "smart" to do with a vote, no matter what an asshole politician from one of the 5 main parties is going to get in to power.

not that you care, but

selling your vote is illegal, i imagine also in canada. just be careful if you put it up on ebay or whatever.

Illegal in Canada as well. Vote swapping, though repugnant to me, has been found to be legal. Vote selling is out and out illegal.

I'd say if you don't like any of the parties, vote for one of the third parties in your riding just to break the 2-party system. Otherwise, please don't vote at all. We don't need some person having twice the say the rest of us have.

Or, as said above, start your own party, something like mentioned here.

The thing is we dont really have a real choice atleast in this system, I believe there is no hope, so I want to make some money off it so i can do something i want to do. My goal is to no longer be apart of this game and just live my life according to me, its hard to do but its feasible, and "throwing my vote away", as so many people call it, is a great step.

Well while I don't agree that there's no reason to vote, I understand it. I'm cool with you throwing your vote away, but that's not what you're doing ;)
