So the other day I was flipping channels, not in the mood to watch any of the darker shows on my DVR (Justified and Walking Dead) and kind of bored with the Olympics, when I came across a guy on a horse wearing the distinctive red coat of the RCMP. Well, now I'm gonna have to check this show out! Yes you do! Also, the lead actress (Erin Krakow) was a guest star in Castle S5x13 "Recoil". :)

OK, seriously, kitty cuteness. Definitely a superpower. I think it's like how newborn babies smell so good? So you don't leave them exposed on a hillside somewhere after all the screaming and no sleep.

I can't remember what it stands for, but JARVIS is the AI that Tony Stark created for himself and then put in the Iron Man suits.

IKR? Mounties!! And I'm not even Canadian! (You're making us a Mountie icon, right??)

The show is very sweet; the main storyline is this community coming together after a mining disaster. And I was looking around on IMDB, and I found at least 3 other cast members who are Stargate alum, including the head mining company guy, who was Aden Corso in that S6 ep, Forsaken! Thought he seemed familiar!

I totally blame my mom for the Mountie thing. She is not only Canadian, she worked in all these remote areas when she was younger (as a nurse in the arctic) and her dates (before she met my dad) back in the day tended to be Mounties. So when I look though her old pictures and run across pics of her old boyfriends... I find stuff like this guy. *L*

I want pictures of this fancy schmancy new desk of yours! I like the idea of standing up to work - I often do at the kitchen counter if I get called in the evenings, but it's a pain to have to keep moving stuff around.

Oh, I meant to ask if you've tried travelling with Taco and if he likes it. Though he sounds like he's not the type to sit quietly on seat beside you.
