Do you need Korean ID number to join? Some sites I visited request that. And that's pissed me because I'm not Korean.

No, you don't need an ID number. You just sign up saying you're a foreigner

Btw, how did you change the links at the top, "prologue" "blog" etc, to english. I've been trying FOREVER to do it and I can't find any way.

Haha, maybe you should be spearheading this project. You seem to know much more about Naver than I do (or just know more Korean than I do).
