Welcome back, friends. So, my first week of training is complete, along with the first test (management bases any promotions on our test results...cripes!). Scores were fine, though Toby got a better grade which means I have to listen to his inflated egoism all the more. Ah, I look so forward to reading your posts because I can always count on you for some cute little story of spontaneity, creative adventure, or new hobby. As for your "emo" comment, how did you piss off his sister in law?? Your worries are understandable in a situation like that, especially since you like him a lot. I think we'd all be emo in that case. It sucks to worry bout those things, but the fact that we, as humans, have the capacity to worry about something like that, means we also have the capacity to love...which is AMAZING and it's what makes life enjoyable. So...how was that for emo...or maybe just sappy. I love you Kelsey and I can't wait to see you!!!

Haaaaa!!! It's organic! Yeah, I've always been told to squeeze the stress ball, but I don't think I would if the needle was stuck in perpendicular to my vein! Psycho nurses. They're always either really nice or a big pain in the ass. I think most of the time they probably just have phlebotomists instead of nurses at those places, though, so watch out if you get someone that's newly trained.

I digress. I hope everything works out with this dude if he's as cute as he sounds! Being an animal lover definitely gives a guy lots of bonus points.
