isabeau answers many questions in a Styles request.

http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=831327

right "very thoroughly explains the various options on a confusing request from a user who is new to blogging."

http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=832195

The submitter of this answer by hotlevel4 said "I was impressed by the way she explored the various possible sources of error (for example, user not listing self as friend or possibility of lj-cuts being disabled) and clearly explained all of them."

http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=832976

right provides a "very thorough response to a user frustrated with S2 and the lack of information on S2."

http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=833422

isabeau gives a "great explanation of what the bandwidth meant, the suggested work-around to use ScrapBook, and an insight into why the 'previous' link didn't show up (as it was meant to be contrasting with the background image). Impressive."

http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=834226

jemmix wrote an "interesting solution to the user's unusual request using a very thorough explanation."

http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=835212

lied_ohne_worte does a good job explaining custom comment pages to a confused user.

"phamster did great work investigating this report. I was ready to attribute this one to browser/extension settings interfering with the way the UPF was working, but phamster found that there are ways to achieve the same result as the user - worked with me in PM just to confirm I could do the same, opened a bug report and told the user about it. So the AWE is for both his answer and his investigative work."

aveleh writes a gorgeous response to a frustrated user.

About isabeau's answer, the submitter said "I open this request today with the intent to finally write an answer, and there is this lovely answer from Isa! Much much love." to say.

Congratulations to everyone who was nominated. Remember, SHs, you can continue to nominate answers that impressed you. All you have to do is email support@ and what you submit will appear in the next edition. Keep the submissions coming!
