This may sound like an obvious statement, but with technology advancing at an exponential rate, I think sometimes we lose track of our touch with humanity. This could apply to many area's, but I want to focus on one: communication.

I'm sooo glad you started writing again!

Reading your blogs makes me feel sane and I'm glad someone else out there shares the same views as I do.... for the most part anyway.

I completely agree with you on the communication bit. And, although I'm guilty of constant texting and facebooking, I do make sure to see my friends face to face throughout the week. There's really nothing we can do but go along with the changes in society.... unless you want to move out to a farm somewhere with the Amish in PA. But using technology doesn't mean we have to let it swallow us up... it's ok for communication purposes as long as we do make that personal time with each other.
I remember my pre-cell phone/car/ipod days when all I did was hang out with people, no technology can take away memories like that! =D
