Inno, call if you need help with livejournal. The steps are fairly simple, so you may be able to follow them from here.

Step 1: Go To Manage
Step 2: On the submenu for Manage, click on Friends
Step 3: Click on the option to add/edit friends
Step 4: enter the livejournal handles (as in supr_inno) in the space provided to add friends
Step 5: Save Changes

Also, you have the option of making a post protected so that only your friends can view it. You'll see a box with options for several things below a post window. One of the options is a drop-down menu that usually says "Public". If you select "Friends" only your friends (the ones you added or already have) can read a post. If you select "Private" then only you can view it.

You can delete the post with your contact info as I have already saved it. To do this, go to the comment and click the red x.
