so i cant goto my interview for the state of california working for the orange county parks and recreations department because i cant get the day off from work. At least my name still stays on the tentative list. I dont know, this really blows, its a much better job than i have now...actually, the same but more pay and different vehicles and better

well you don't have to work overtime every day, right? you'd still be late if you got out of work at 2:30? bummer. they can't hold the fact that you're working for the gov't against you, it would be a good thing! their loss if they don't.
