so im back to feeling aweful...i dont feel good at all.  both pyhsically and emotionally.  everything ive eaten in the past couple of days is threatening to come up.  i dont know whats wrong.  it came out of no where.

just had a lovely convo with katherine.  it made me happy.  i got a lot off my chest.  i didnt realize how much ive missed her until just now.  haha, anyway, just wanted to say thanks gurl!!!  even if you dont know it, you really helped.
