Back to work after quite a bit of time off.
Which means more than three days in my world. Work one, off one, then work three. So basically the beginning of a week, LOL. I am feeling pretty OK, though not sure why my back hurts. Weird back stuff? Managed to get three and a half hours asleep after getting the kids to school; so feeling pretty rested ;-)
Back to life. Back to reality. Back to adulthood. Gave hand off of care to my husband. Hopefully, he and my mother can hold down the fort and I'm just gonna have to let go of any worries about that. They do love my children and that's how we do.
Technically we'll call this Monday LOL. Had a little anxiety about going back to work today not sure if it has to do with the fact that I really need to get my BLS recertified and I only have like four days to do it or if it's the fact that I told my boss that I would like to work part time and I'm totes stressed about whether this will financially work out or whether I have burned a bridge with my boss. You know what the best way to deal with stress and anxiety is kids? It is to take a deep breath, centre yourself, and jump in with both feet. So your goes nothing.
