$20? Up here they charge $60 and only if you live more than three miles away. And all the student parking at Purdue is SO far away they have buses shuttling people to and from Purdue. How do you like them apples?

Welcome to all university parking. Mine wasnt like this until this year... we use to park where ever we wanted too but now there is special lots for colored tags. I guess they found out how all other universitys rip students off. What makes it worse is that there are more teacher parking spots than student.

not all universities. mine's pretty simple. better yet, just pretend you never got a ticket, and you're off the hook. just don't pay it, and unless you were doing something really stupid they don't care enough to track you down.

Purdue has actually tracked my boyfriend down and he lives over an hour and a half away. They have their own police force which works with the university and will mail a reminder to pay your ticket or else...definitely not like U of E is where you can collect tickets like candy!
