"The right side is the left" and also that no matter what country, the driver is always in the middle of the road.
Also I'm sure you know, but just in case, you'll need to get a UK driving licence within the next 2 months if you want to continue to drive in the UK. The process is fairly painless, particularly if you already can drive. You might want to consider learning to drive a manual though. I have no basis of comparison but the hardest part for me is not the gears but general driving skills, which you already have.

My mom can drive a manual, but she wanted to share driving duties, and she didn't want to have to stress and think about changing gears while simultaneously driving in a completely unfamiliar place. So she opted to spend the extra to rent an automatic.
But definitely, I want to at least get a UK license before the end of the year.
