I need your thoughts

In process of procrastinating my studying for my heat transfer exam tomorrow, I would like people's thoughts on what class I should take next year for fun. I'm deciding to venture outside of engineering for this class to sort of keep my sanity a bit... I've decided to go with a History class. The options are...

I've taken art classes. I don't like them.

"Here is this piece of art. Who created it, what era, what were their influences?"

They sign and date it for a reason!

The most interesting sounding to me is "Empire and Religion," however, it's always hard to judge a class by it's title.
I'd say "Imperial Russia" is the next most interesting, by the Russian literature bit scares me. You could substitute 50lb weights with Dostoevsky and Tolstoy. EACH.
I tend to like classes that have a topic that is more broad than narrow. The more I pigeon-hole myself to one area of history, the faster I get bored with it.

Relatedly, I find myself really enjoying Humanities and Anthropology classes. Most specifically things like “Peoples of the World,” or “Sex, Gender and Culture.” Just throwin’ that out there. :)
