Saturday May 21+++Japanese 1st hour

Mattie walked into his Japanese class he could speak it well enough but knew he wouldn't be doing well in this class. One of the few things he didn't understand about Japan was school on Saturday. Good thing he didn't have PE today those shorts practically didn't fit his long legs. He wished he had asked to a longer pair. Matt would try later

Rika walked around the classroom handing out papers to a few students she knew she saw Mattie earlier but never had the chance to talk to him. She walked over to Mattie's desk and handed him a paper as well.

"Hey I'm Rika Kitamura. The cram school I attend has a shortage of people so your welcomed to come anytime you feel like it. I'm also starting a study group too if you'd rather do that. I'm sorry if I seem a little bossy I was asked to hand these out to everyone." Rika watched the boy a little longer.

"So what's your name? Are you new here?"

"I'm Mattie Haynes and actually I was here the first week but got hurt and had to take time off." Mattie said reaching for her hand for a moment then pulling his hand back real quick and making a slight bow.

"Sorry sometimes I forget. As for the cram school thing I don't really have the time though I could do for some tutoring. I'm not very good in Japanese Arts. I get confused about some of the culture stuff."

"All right I'll be glad to help you with that class anytime. It was nice talking to you Mattie."

Rika said before moving back to finish handing out her papers.

Mattie looked at the paper one last time before putting it in his bag. He'd ask his Dad about going to study lessons later.
