Ugh. So I tried to get a job at this classy restaurant place. But the dude doing the interview had a stick SO FAR up his ass it wasn't even funny. Maybe you should look into something else. If taking a swim is your idea of a shower, not that I'm knocking it, man. Eau de Chorline is all well and good, but high end places have all those snooty low tipping jerks, you get what I mean?

Yeah, I'm trying to get to the coast before I turn eighteen. February 18, next year. That'll be the day when it's been exactly half my life since I left my hometown. I gotta make it back before then.

Hmm, I think I heard Gai saying there was an opening down at the gym, where he works. Maybe you could look into that.

I'm not really sure (I think I might have misread what Gai said... I think it's actually a dojo, but either way, a job is a job, right?). I bet there are free sports drinks, which would be awesome, I have to pay for my drinks at the bar.
