I totally feel your pain Hope. Being married to a first year prof who is also finishing her dissertation is exactly the same. We went to the golf course and hit balls for an hour this afternoon and it was the first non-work thing we've done together in . . . months. It was wonderful. We've had a countdown to summer going for awhile too. We're almost there! ~ Matt B

I keep telling Matt how great it's going to be once I pass my qualifying exams in May. I feel bad that we usually spend Saturday together 'reading' (I work and he naps). I WILL NOT WORK ON SATURDAYS DURING THE SUMMER! Glad you'll have some down time with Tim this weekend! Hang in there! Love, Rachel
