I've got homemade banana-chocolate-chip muffins and life is GEWD.

School's going awesomely, again. In drawing last night we did more stuff with framing, which meant scaling, and as we all know I am perfectly miserable at scaling. Thankfully my teacher made a very good and valid point when he told me to focus more on the negative space...which ( Read more... )

I think those ragging on HG/SS are trolling. If you don't like remakes, don't buy it and don't bug people who do.

Yeah, you're probably right. They're like "SDLFKSDFLSJSDLKD THIS IS A REMAKE WHAT IS THIS" and everybody else is like "...Did they ever say it WASN'T a remake?"

Besides, a lot of people never even got the chance to play the originals, and I don't see why they should have to put forth the time, effort, and money to find a Game Boy Color and a G/S/C cart that still works, when they can go down to GameStop and buy nearly the exact same game, for $35, that they can play on the DS they probably already have.

Sometimes I wonder if people even realize how old those games are--it boggles the mind to think it's been a decade since Gold and Silver first came out in Japan. A lot of Pokemon fans were the tiniest of babies back then! You can't expect them to have played the originals!
