do I want to...

work 5 days a week everyother weekend from 7a-3p (8hrs).

OR...

3 Days a week everyother weekend from 7p-7a (12hrs) but I primarily will get to pick what days I want to work

and this is probably obvious, but would a 12 hour shift drive you insane/cause anxiety before it comes?

Actually with option two I would get paid 2.50 more an hour because it is a night shift I don't think it would drive me insane
