well....i went into Kings Fish House today and applied for a job. 3 hours later and 4 interviews....i got the job. The management team seemed much more organized, considerate, friendly, and down to earth than at SegaFredo's. So i told them i would take it. Now i get to tell SegaFredo and their lame ass crew of hardasses to take a flying leap.

essentially what made me detest the situation was.....they gave us 4 days before a menu test...keep in mind we are doing all of our training in a ballroom because our restaurant is still under construction...they explain things FOR SHIT. No pictures of the items, no samples, no nothing. TALK TALK TALK READ READ READ. Most people cant memorize and explain a menu item without actually seeing/tasting it. Well out of 90 people who took the test....14 passed the food and 1 passed the beverage. What would that tell u....? Me...it would say that they need to train differently. To them....we are all screwups who arent taking it seriously and if things dont shape up they will fire us all....haha

I dont take threats like that all that well i guess....not when some pretentious asswipes cant seem to grasp that people cant learn the way they expect them to.

So i went and looked for another job...and thats about it.
