Personality: Roxas is different than all the other Nobodies (beings with no hearts) in the fact that he seems to actually posses real emotions. Not only does he display tendencies, he acts on them constantly and can get lost in them. He's quick to anger, and is easily overcome by the feeling. It clouds his judgment till he vents it all out. Like after regaining his memories in the second game, he smashed Ansem's computer, then later proceeded to try to beat a hologram into submission. He is constantly growling at Saix in the Castle That Never Was when he calls his friend Xion "it" or "creature".
Having a deep love and appreciation for his friends he took the insults personally and demanded that Saix take it back. This is where he gets chided that he can't feel and to stop pretending to, but this only serves to feed his anger towards the Organization as a whole. When he first came to be Roxas understood very little, having no memory from before he was found by the organization. However he was quickly established himself as someone who was confident in the skills he possessed, going as far to say that he was cocky and more than a little smug. Despite the assurance in himself, knowledge wise he had next to nothing. With the help from his friend Axel he grew to know the world around him, if a little sketchy on the exact details.
Despite not knowing everything off the bat, Roxas was independent from the start. He got irritated at the small things, like when Xigbar called him "kiddo" or "tiger", and always did more than his fair share of the work, without complaining. He constantly rebels against being told his "place", and soon gets sick of it. He hates being compared to Sora, and proclaims loudly that he is his own person. That his life is his own. That being said, he isn't terribly outgoing, having no real feel or need to go out and do everything. No "lust for life" as they say. When given a day off, he just ended up wandering around Twilight Town trying to figure out what to do with his time. All he ended up doing was going to the spot he normally went to eat ice-cream with his friends, claiming that that was all he really wanted to do: be with them.
Roxas treasures his friends, and would do anything to help them. He is constantly worried about Xion, who keeps running off, and is worried about how Axel is taking things too. They were his best friends and they were inseparable. That was, until Axel and Xion started fighting over whether she belonged with the organization or if she (known only to her) should run off and join Sora. When she disappeared Roxas further questioned his existence within the organization, and came to the conclusion that he wasn't wanted there. Which, to be fair, was after the Organization tried to have Xion and Roxas fight to the death. But Roxas misread Axel's intentions and took his "betrayal" to heart. It wounded him deeply, and was the catalyst that drove Roxas from the organization.
After breaking out and his initial angry wore off Roxas felt overwhelmed, knowing he had no where to go, and no friends to be with. And it's his strong ties to his friends that brought him back to the clock tower (the spot Axel, Xion, and he would always meet) only to find into the run away Xion. He is attacked by her (after Axel brought her back for the second time, Xemnas messed with her) and he ultimately brings about her end. As she fades out of existence, joining back up with Sora, slowly Roxas is forgetting her. As he hold her in his arms tears fall, and he promises to destroy Kingdom Hearts for her.
Abilities: Roxas is a highly experienced aggressive wielder of the Keyblade. He can summon the weapon at will, and make it disappear as such. He can manifest two at a time, and can wield both dealing extreme damage. He can make the keyblades levitate and spin rappidly in mid air.
Each nobody has power over an element of sorts, with Roxas's being the power of Light. He can focus beams of harmful light through his blows with his keyblades, and can even summon pillars of light to rain from the sky and attack his foes.
He can glide at super-human fast speeds, leaving a lens flare effect in his wake.
And he has basic knowledge in the ability to cast magic. He can conjour fire, ice(blizzard), lightening(thunder), wind(aero), and even some healing magic(cure).
