With TOOTHPASTE and I *rinse* with warm water as apposed to cold. I just don't get why this is so weird!

i do the same thing....well only b/c the cold water/minty tooth paste makes my teeth hurt.

i do that too. i got used to warm cuz i had to have a root canal on my tooth and cold would send massive pain down my face
