[Mac was so ready to greet the man. He was another Pokemon trainer! And automatically, that was cool. N seemed polite, better greet and be polite back. Not to mention, someone else who also doesn't completely know the works of a computer. N got a welcoming wave on camera.]

Hey, N! Nice to meetcha! I'm Mac!

And don't worry, I've seen a lotta people before who got home schooled. Ain't nothing wrong with that. I think you'll like public school.

[Oh uh. He might as well respond with video himself then, he guessed. The button, the button... ah, there we go! A slightly confounded N is now on-screen.]

I see, so that's... Oh, hello. [A-Aha, can you tell that he didn't expect a reply so quickly?] Mac. So I presume that you're a student, as well?

Hm... I am actually not sure if I approve of homeschooling. [All things considered with his bad experience.] I am looking to seek the answers to socialization and normalcy in this public school.

Yep, I've been around here for almost two years now.

I think that's the main reason why people change it up. That'll be easy here. There's lots of nice people around here.

And heck, you're a Pokemon trainer! There's even Pokemon and other trainers around here! Gym leaders too!

I see. How long would I have to be here? The Headmaster informed me that I am at the highest level to begin with for my age. I assume it mustn't be too long, and...

[Wait, wait a minute. Hold the phone here. He places his chin on his palm and gives a head tilt, his eyes suddenly brightening.]

Gym leaders? Trainers? Even Pokemon? How many Pokemon?

Greetings, N.

It is my understanding that homeschooling is an accepted method of education, and is not necessarily peculiar.

[uhm

N was just a little confused. What was this thing? Was it a Pokemon? It reminded him of a Golett, that's for sure.]

I am not sure how accepting I am of the concept at this time.

Hm. If you don't mind my asking, what creature are you?

I am a robot. My name is Robotic Operating Buddy. I am most commonly known as R.O.B.

A robot called R.O.B. [N repeats that as if the word was so foreign to him. Honestly, it... kind of was.]

How strange. Not to belittle you, but I haven't seen anything like you before. Are you a Pokemon?

okay

Well this girl with the crazy hair was already not giving a good first impression.]

... Perhaps you could say that.

My father named me. I find it a fine name.

[OH. Hi there, lady that he does not know. Lady that also looks very, very, very fancy.]

Ah... hello?

[STARE. He's more thrown off than anything. He can't quite put his finger on why, or if it was even in a bad way.]

Are you an instructor?

No, I am a simple, humble fellow student.

And you have a Zoroark! He's so adorable! Where is the rest of your team?

Some of them are in their Poke Balls, I'm afraid. They wouldn't all fit roaming around in this room.

[He used to oppose Poke Balls, but his Pokemon, now that he listened to them and certain other people, actually seemed to enjoy them. They were cozy!]

I can show them to you, if you'd like. You could meet me in the courtyard.

[He should give them all some time to roam, anyway.]

Hey, I'm a trainer too! My name's L.

...Just kidding, it's Lyra. Is N a code name? That's pretty cool.

So where are you from, N? It must be far, because I've never seen that Pokemon of yours before. It looked kind of like a Sneasel mixed with a Smeargle and maybe a bit of Ninetales.

Re: [video] surpass April 8 2011, 19:51:46 UTC
[WELL at least she wasn't being as rude as Lash about his name.]

N is my real name. I never thought of having a codename... [In fact, he probably never will have one because yeah.]

My Pokemon do look very foreign to those from faraway lands, don't they? [He glanced over to a curious Zoroark, who was sniffing the bed. Yes, the bed.] This is a Zoroark. It's a Pokemon from Unova, my homeland. I don't think we have any regions very close-by.

Never? It's a lot of fun, you should try it out sometime. You can't go undercover without a good alias, right?

[Wait a second did you say Unova. HOT DANG.]

Hey! I just got a National Dex upgrade that has Unova's pokedex data in it! I looked it up on a map, and jeez, is it ever far! I'm from Johto, myself. You ever been there, N?

Re: [video] surpass April 8 2011, 23:01:22 UTC
Ah, I see, so this being undercover would be a game? [Any old adult might be like, "... That's so kiddish," but N? N isn't your average adult.] That sounds like it could be fun, actually. We should play some games sometime.

[Johto? N has... never even heard of Johto. Oops.]

I'm afraid I've never heard of Johto. Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh... that makes four unknown regions I've heard of so far here.

[How new to him. He needs to explore these places sometime! Maybe this place had planes like in Mistralton.]
