ERIKA OF CELADON CITY
N knows little about Erika, but what he does know so far makes him want to know more. All he knows of her is that she's the Celadon gym leader. Elegant and refined, and apparently good with her Pokemon, N already has a bit of a liking to her.

RED OF PALLET TOWN
Again, N knows little to nothing about Red. He's a trainer from Kanto, and he seems hopefully fond of his Pokemon. He wishes to meet him in-person someday. They both wonder how well their Pokemon would get along with each other.

MEISSA TERLU OF OLIVINE CITY
At first, N was honestly a bit iffy about Meissa. Her sending her Pidgey out to do errands in farther lands worried him, but once she deconfirmed his suspicions about how their errands were handled, he began to feel better. Now he finds a little more respect and intrigue for her.

MORTY OF ECRUTEAK CITY
N already feels a higher sense of respect for Morty. The way he talks of Ho-oh and his feeling upset of how the legendary bird's home was damaged already touches N's heart. He feels he's more trustworthy and caring of Pokemon in general, and for that, he already finds him to be worthy enough as a friend.

ETHAN OF NEW BARK TOWN
N met Ethan over the PNG briefly along with his Typhlosion. He doesn't know too much about how good of a trainer he is yet, but from their sole meetup, he hopes that his first impression will leave a lasting mark on how Ethan really is.

VOLKNER OF SUNYSHORE CITY
N senses a bit of an odd... disinterest in Volkner. He isn't quite sure how to place the term or why Volkner feels this way, but he can feel it. He can definitely, definitely feel it. He feels a little better seeing how cheery Raichu is about its owner, though, so he isn't going to pass Volkner off as someone to be too wary of just yet. He was a gym leader for a reason, right?

ELESA OF NIMBASA CITY
At first, like with all of Unova's gym leaders, N felt heavy friction with Elesa, the shining beauty. He wrongfully assumed that she, like all other gym leaders (although not really), mistreated her Pokemon and used them for her own personal gain. They've since come to an understanding, and Elesa has even gone out of her way to try to give N a shoulder. For that, he appreciates her forgiveness and caring temperament towards him greatly.

LUCY-ROSE SOLIDITE OF OREBURGH CITY
While he is sure he's never seen a woman quite of her stature, N feels surprisingly comfortable with Lucy. Her first PNG post being one of worry for her poor Shinx, Lilly, already reached out to him. He gained a sense of love for Pokemon from the get-go from her. She already left a good impression on him.

GHETSIS HARMONIA (OUT-OF-GAME)
Everything, just... everything about this man. The way he raised him for his own gain, the way he didn't give a damn about him, the way he berated him and called him a monster... everything. He has absolutely no respect for the one he used to consider his father now, and when it comes to this, he will never forgive or forget. This man? Yeah, he caused him hell. He turned his life upside-down. That's not something to just shrug off.
