[ooc] app part 1 - appearance
Since his game form is the one that was brought over, it's the appearance he retains. Here. Unfortunately, no good colour pics exist, so I'll do a fast description.
Kazumi's hair is green, and parted in the front so that a swatch of bangs hangs between his eyes. A single tuft of hair sticks up from the top of his head comically, in a way matching his rather ridiculous design. He wears a white shirt with a black vest, the front of which is laced in a criss-cross pattern. Over this he wears an extremely wide-collared maroon and black cape, which is held on to the collar of his shirt by two large golden buttons. Through the collar of his shirt he wears a black tie, and over his ears he has a pair of headphones. His cape tends to wrap around his arms, which is beneficial as his elbows appear to be oddly robotic-looking hinges and his hands are oversized metal talons. A very wide belt with a huge buckle fits loosely around his waist. His pants are black and slightly baggy, hanging over the tops of his knee-high black boots. He has a single wave mark on his face, a line that travels over his left eye and under his right. Strangely enough, his right eye is always closed, regardless of what facial expression he makes. If he ever does open his right eye, it's not so much an eye as a softly-glowing yellow sphere.
