After five hours of waiting, checking up every hour, the Inwood police finally called me back to say this: there is no one named Michael Fisher living at that address. They spoke to a 'spanish family'. Nevermind that Michael is Dominican, and all his neighbors speak spanish. The police would not tell me the name of the family, if there was a dog
