Daniel needs to wear his pain on his skin when the weight of it on his soul becomes too much to bear. It’s both simple and the most complex thing Sam has ever tried to reconcile. Ooh, nice! I can see Daniel having problems with guilt and needing to release that guilt. You also do a really great job of 'showing' us Daniel here. You can tell the author has a fondness for the man in all ways. ;)

You need to write more het kink! Mistress Matisse would be proud. :D

Hee! Yeah, I guess you could say I'm fond of Daniel.

Het kink is turning out to be a lot of fun. This one turned out better than I thought it would, but I thought it might break my brain.

I can't even leave you coherent feedback. I think I want them to not have to do this and yet I can see Daniel needed something and trusting Sam and Sam definitely isn't doing this for her and...so much.

Part of me always wonders how they deal with all that they've seen, done and experienced - how it affects their psyche's.

I sort of figure that they'd have a lot of very complex and non-mainline ways of coping with them.

It could happen. Who knows?

Part of me really does think that the team as a whole could develop some bizarre coping mechanisms. Actually, Unending sort of triggered a lot of possibilities for me, most of them pretty twisted.
