Saturday morning, galactic emailed Urban Fare about the horrible cheese we ate on Friday night, saying that we were concerned that the cheese was either mislabeled, or had gone bad. Saturday afternoon, she received a response from one of the managers saying that he would look into the matter.

Yesterday, she recieved another email from the manager:

I had some very good service from IT vendors in the last two weeks as well. I bought a heatsink+fan combo from NCIX, refurbished set, and it came missing a pair of the weird thumbnuts (like a thumbscrew, but a capped nut actually) that they use, and one set of brackets (not the set I needed, but for other systems). I emailed them to ask about it, and was sent a coupon code and link to their online store, for a complete replacement set of the screws+nuts+brackets, and free next-day shipping.
