I'm not really a movie person. I don’t see many movies in general (seeing three or four movies in a year is a lot for me), and rarely have any clue what is currently playing in theaters. However, I love the Vancouver International Film Festival, and last year I decided to see several films every year, whether or not I had a friend to go with

I saw Fanie Fourie's Lobola, and really enjoyed it, but I'd be concerned not all of the humor is evident to those outside South African culture.

That was actually one of the films I wanted to see, but couldn't due to my limited schedule. I'm definitely going to keep my eye out for that one, as I would like to see it.
