Leon arrives and gives every a nod, then goes to give Claire a hug. He's not exactly looking forward to having this talk, but knows it needs to be done.

Chris returns the nod to Leon and offers a handshake.

"Beer's in the kitchen, man."

And Leon shakes his hand

"Thanks man. I could use one."

"Good stuff's on the counter. Claire's piss water is in the fridge."

Luis finally makes his way over, curious to hear about the Raccoon City incident that he heard so much about in the news. No better way than to hear it from the people who were the most involved and managed to survive it.

He walks in alittle nervous, though he doesn't show it. Luis is hoping that Leon is here since he's the only one that knows him other than maybe Rebecca and the one girl with the beret who had trouble trusting him.

"This the right place for the meeting I heard about?"

Hunnigan has no idea who he is, but she does offer a quick nod to his question and a polite smile.

Luis nods back and ups her polite smile with a friendly grin.

She lets the smile become more sincere, but other than that doesn't participate in any escalation. She looks over at who she expects to be Sherry and blinks when she sees it's Tammie instead. Ah, Nexus.

There's Kevin! He's brought liqour. Hard liquor. Lots of it.

He plops beside Becky and Chris and heaves a neutral sigh.

"Fuckin' A."

"Hey, Kev."

Chris gives Kevin a smile and looks the liquor over approvingly.

Kevin sniffs, blindly claps Chris on the back and adjusts his sitting position.

"Sup man."

[starspointman]

"Oh, you know. Figured we'd have us a little post traumatic bridge party and all."

Chris laughs, then realizes maybe that wasn't the best joke to make.

Linda knocks a little awkwardly on the door.

She'd gotten the message through the grapevine, and she qualified by the terms that'd been set. It also helped to know that she'd be surrounded by Raccoon City survivors, so it'd probably be a safe environment.

Claire opens the door. "...hi?"

Becky, on her way back out to get Tammie, vouches.

"This is Linda," she says, "she's the scientist we went and helped when the Umbrella strike team was sent in. She's a friend of David's; he helped her out of Raccoon City with the cure."

[closed_umbrella]

Linda's relieved to see someone she knows. "Rebecca, hello. It's been a while."

There's another knock at the door. Three firm, solid raps.

Claire opens the door... and looks up... and keeps looking up.

"Hi," she says, after finally managing to make eye contact. "...Raccoon City survivor?"

"Ayuh." The man says, with a bit of a Cajun drawl. He extends a big meathy hand for a shake.

"Mark Wilkins. This the meeting place, right?"

He looks past Claire and into the doorway, hoping this wasn't an ambush.

She accepts it and shakes. "Hi, I'm Claire... yep, this is it. Come on in and have a beer..."

If it's an ambush, they got both Kevin and David too... and that one guy's wearing the STARS logo. So it's a really successful ambush.
