Gemma stared down at the stick in her hands, unable to stop shaking.  Dropping it to the bathroom counter, she covered her mouth to muffle to sob that threatened to break it's way out.  Spock was on shift.  McCoy had taken Gemma off the past few days, since she hadn't been feeling well.  There'd been nothing to signal...this.  Just a pounding

She was standing in the bathroom still shaking, staring down at the pregnancy test...and the other 3 she'd taken that morning. All positive. Looking up at him, she turned to step out of the bathroom, still looking a little pale and shaken. "Spock-...Spock."

"Yes..." She nodded, tucking herself into his chest. "Yes, Spock, yes. They're exactly what you think they are..." She laughed a little, winding her arms around him. "We should go to sickbay before we get our hopes up but I've taken 4 of them in the last 5 hours..."

"We didn't have time..." She sniffled, watching her babies sleeping next to her. She was wearing an internal dermal regenerator and after a couple of hours of physical therapy to work out the soreness tomorrow, she'd be good as new, plus a few pounds. "Do you have any suggestions? I know he'd have asked you anyway..."

Sarek actually has a brother named Silek who introduced him to Amanda.

"Christopher..." Gemma smiled a little. "That seems fitting, I think. Given all he's done for Spock and I both. I was thinking they should both have Vulcan middle names. Maybe Skon and Khio'ri."

Khio'ri means star.

"Yeah, we will." Gemma replied, sitting back on the couch. She said nothing more until Amanda began to cry for her midnight feeding and she stood, heading into the nursery.

Gemma fed Amanda, then rocked her back to sleep just as Chris woke. After repeating the same process with him, she stepped back out into the living room, crossing it to the desk on the other side and loading his painkillers into a hypospray. "Spock, sit up for me." She said, heading over to him.
