I think you should just let yourself drink the coffee. I think people who try to quit things (like chocalate, coffee, etc) end up developing a crave for it, and though they cut down, they are more likely to binge.
Maybe if you make really bad coffee one day and drink it you'd develop and aversion, and dislike coffee?
Or maybe not. Maybe I'm like high or something. ;)
