Well, after working 8 days to rid myself of the viruses and worms, I was free for 8 whole hours. When it regurgitated itself from the bowels of my machine, it not only repopulated, but it immobilized my computer, shut down my internet and disallowed my network. Fuck that, I reformatted. At the moment I've got a Radmin virus on my machine, which is an absolute nightmare because it's attached itself to one of the system32 files, but other than that the only thing it freezes up is the internet, email and messengers. I think I'm going to have to reformat as well you have my sympathies!

that's what happened to me. I cleaned all but one...and it was attached to system 32 and it's nearly impossible to clean that directory. Good luck hon, but if I were you, I'd just back up your data and reformat and protect from future attacks. *hugs*

Uh oh...Maybe that's what my issue is on the big pc.
I ran an adware scan, but nothing came up...
The IP addy on the pc won't renew. The cable modem is fine, and the wireless network is fine, as my lappie will log on with no problems. It's just the big pc. Think it could be the virus???

that was my issue as well..the IP wouldn't renew. It's the virus, no doubt.

What program did you use to debug it? I have the tech guy scheduled to call tonight.
