I really liked this, mostly because I think you got the right balance in Tony - he was humorous, and likeable, even when he was in 'charming' mode, something that the canon writers need to really work on. Oh, that and Gibbs reaction. Perfect. :D

This is great! I like how you write Tony... as some one else mentioned above- he's not a smarmy arsehole, but he is charming, even if he is pushing it at times. He's a cute and likeable man-slut. :)

And Calleigh and Horatio! I miss them... I need to find some good H/C fic again... any recs?

As for beta'ing... I only noticed one thing in reading, which was in this paragragh... a her should he his...
He slipped out the door, side stepping a tall, well dressed, red head, who cast him a curious glance. Tony acknowledged him with a nod, but stayed on path. Making her his way to her door, he tapped lightly, and she acknowledged him before returning to her microscope.
