The general rules:
1. As usual, we are only accepting up to 90 submissions, not that we've had to worry about that for a while, but you never know.
2. We will be needing pinch-hitters so don't despair if you miss the initial claiming time. We will make desperate HELP US, PINCH-HITTER posts as needed, so be sure to watch the comm if you hope to pinch-hit.
3. In order to spread as much love as possible, we will allow each prompt to be claimed only ONCE. We think we have more than enough to go around.
4. You will only be assigned one prompt at a time. Additional prompts can be claimed once your first claim has been submitted. We will be marking prompts as claimed as quickly as we can.
5. You can check which prompts are still available via the following link (now all gathered in one place for your convenience):

6. All prompts are identified with a Prompt Number. Please list a First, Second and Third choice. If your first choice has not been claimed, you get it, if not, you'll get your second or third, depending on which is still available. With so many prompts, we hope everyone will get the first prompt they want, but we can't guarantee it. Please do not claim your own prompts!
7. Please use the template below. Feel free to get it ready ahead of time to prepare for claiming.

8. You will receive an email within 48 hours (please don't PM or email us afer four hours asking if you got the claim you wanted) which will tell you whether you received your first, second or third choice - along with a copy of the prompt, the prompt number and other relevant information (including your submission deadline). Yes, you may submit a claim for someone else - simply put THEIR LJ name into the template and add a note at the bottom that you are submitting by proxy. Yes, we will notify you if you don't get any of your claims so that you may try again. One way or the other, you will get an email.
9. Submissions will be due on May 1st. This might seem early since posting does not begin until June, but there are only two of us mods and we read ALL the submissions. Give us some time, please. We have to sleep once in a while or we get really cranky.
10. Posting will begin on June 1st!
11. Please remember that this is an anonymous fest and that ALL fiction or art MUST be new and drawn specifically for the Fest. It should NOT be posted anywhere else until after the Reveal.
