susan, i felt the same way about that guy, driving home/to your house i was thinking about what our influence is on the world, and is it enough to qualify as change? that guy reassured me, and brightened my day. also when strangers hold the door or say excuse me when they bump you, it just makes you realize we are all humans, all people living in the same world together. and it's hard to connect with random strangers, but when you do, the vast realm of human potential is reached, we feel together and united.

gawd, i love you & can't wait til vacation.
