I try to switch subjects when I get overloaded, and to vastly different subjects, like Potions and DADA. They seem to use different parts of my brain.

How about after supper in the Ravenclaw changing room? We may as well get this over with and besides, I don't want you losing sleep over it and worrying unnecessarily with imagining the worst case scenario. It's really not that big of a deal. Maybe if I say that often enough, I'll believe it. Huh.

They are pretty exhausting, aren't they? I think I might need a nap this afternoon. But if I nap this afternoon, do you think it might throw off my sleepng schedule? It would be beyond terrible to fall asleep in the middle of an exam!

A short nap should be alright. I'm a big believer in power naps. But nothing longer than half an hour Teen Witch Weekly says.
