Well, it looks as if they've filled out all of the jury panels they need and I am excused from service and exempt for one year. I'm actually a bit disappointed, really. Sure, the timing would have been poor, but, if it were an interesting case, it would have been one of those things to add to my list of life experiences

Yeah, I was kinda disappointed I didn't get to serve, either. It's weird, because someone else I know was greatly inconvenienced by having to serve. Why couldn't we have switched? Ah, luck.
