Try hitting goodwill, grabbing an assortment of men's and women's pants, and seeing what fits? You might find a better scattershot of brands there than in a more standard store, and even if you don't like what you find, if you find a maker, size, or style that works, you can go hunt more of that down on teh intarwebs.

If you do not mind an opinion, I would think skirts would be flattering for you. This is from someone whose taste in ladies' fashion (*on the lady,* I will note) stops around 1947. Yes, I'm a Gil Elvgren fan.
