Just make sure you're drinking water. Some (immediate) weight loss overnight could result in water-loss, which is something the body NEEDS re-uptake in.
Assuming that's all you ate in the one day, my trainer had said the best way to get off the "preservation mode" was to eat frequent small meals throughout the day--not necessarily any change in volume or even calories; just more often. It's a pain in the butt, but I think that helped me...I essentially have something seven times a day x.x
I'm in the realm of about 215 or so, and want to go back to around my college form of 155lbs. Too many times, I'd eat only one meal a day and it'd be something bad for me. Time to change! :D
