The answers to this question has pretty much sucked my day dryA while ago I asked here for suggestions of phone games to play while standing in line or waiting for the toast to toast or the washer to wash. I got a nice list but this is THE KILLER List

I have another list for you, and it is literally the only phone game(s) i have on my phone. It's Simon Tatham's puzzles: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=name.boyle.chris.sgtpuzzles&hl=en_US&gl=US You might know Simon Tatham as the guy who made the infamous terminal emulator PuTTY, but he also made a whole bunch of simple games that you can get on Android but also on PC: https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/puzzles/ Some of them are really fun, and there are enough different ones you can put together a little bundle of favorites.

I'm totally delighted that I could introduce you! In hind sight, you are one who would really appreciate the community. there was a feature piece somewhere a few years about about the community of Ask Metafilter but damn if I can find it now. it is, anyway, a very good place.
