The pocket project turned out to be a bit of a PIA. It's been so long since I did this, I forgot how. I spent a lot of time blasting my ophthalmologist. I just can't see for shit. Method hand soap is at Target and Amazon, they also have refills.

BUT it is not this special stink removing formula. Trust me. I've personally tried and tested it.

The last time I went to my regular ophthalmologist, the technician who gave me an eye test did a horrible job. She was very dismissive of my needs. I need glasses to thread needles, rip out stuff like you - sewing stuff and she had the nerve to tell me it wasn't possible with my vision. She almost had me believing her. I got the new prescription and the glasses were just crap lenses. Worse than my old ones!

I went somewhere else and told them my issue and I got the best every prescription. It can be done. Maybe ask for another technician if the person can't do it. I should have. (hindsight). I called back but it was during early Covid and no one returned my call.

I love your drainer shelf on the back edge of your sink. I only use Dawn also. It is just a tiny bottle I keep on the counter :) Nothing works like Dawn, not even the generic.

5 years ago I imported my LJ to Dream Width. Now I need to import the past 5 years worth of posts there as well. I started printing out all of my old posts and got as far back as 2012 (over 1000 pages). I have always wanted a hard copy of my journal for my own reference, and for safe-keeping. After all, this is the best record of my life for the past 19 years. Unfortunately my printer started having problems.

So, if the saber-rattling descends into actual war, and LJ goes kaput, you will find me at Dream Width too. Lets all hope for the best!

I hate the eye doctor appointments anyway. I'm working on my Fix It Or We're Done speech now. I've got a few months. :)
