What great exercise! Maybe the walk will start getting easier with the added swimming. I really need to get with it exercise wise here.

God, I LOVE to swim. I'm glad you're able to do so, and love hearing about it.
I wish I was closer to the Y or on a busline that went by one of them so I could go.
I hope you and Biggie get it figured out. I know how I worry about Bonnie.

Have you tried the Douglas Preston/Lincoln Child books? I’m currently reading Diablo Mesa and it’s pretty good.

I have tried one. I'm not big on historical/archiologisty stuff.

The walk will get easier. If you find you hate it, you'll figure it out.

The new routine sounds nice.
