Beautiful!

I've been asked to inquire when the knitting guild will be paneling next?

We have 3 meetings a year, and panelling can happen at all of them - Birka, Hrim Schola, and Pennsic.

Okay - when is the Pennsic one? I made some socks. I don't know that they're particularly period exactly, but I've been told I should panel them since they qualify at something. On the other hand, I may have to wait until another panelling; these socks are going to a now-ex-boyfriend (the knitting curse is in full effect).

The meeting is Wednesday of War Week at 3 - I hope to see you there! I would encourage you to look over our policies for panelling - without knowing who's advising you, I can't guess at whether they're giving you good information. I can say that we only accept period pieces for panelling; modern items cannot be panelled, however lovely they might be. (We do ooh and aah over them, though!)
