Gotcha- may I ask if anything in particular drove this decision? (As someone who's pondering reversing a similar one, and is doubly curious almost on that count alone...)

umm... part of it is knowledge of who's reading it of late, including at times my dad and some people that I'm acquainted with here but would rather not have read my journal. I'd also rather not have it out there where my boyfriend could find it, since I need a space private from him.

Is this the Hillary I know, or are you a different Hillary? The hilary I know had a room in Dupre sometime during her sophmore year, methinks....uhm....I get so confused with who's who! And I STILL have no idea who autharkis is....

Also, I was wondering if I could borrow the Star-War on terror that Doc posted and attributed to you, and show it to all my friends. Just print it out and make people read it, cause it's great....

Yes, indeed, that would be me. I'm Hillary with two L's and long dark hair, not Hilary with one L and long blond hair. We both had rooms on Dupre 2 sophomore year. I don't live in Uptown, if that helps. Who are you?

You're free to the star wars thing. It was circulating early this summer, I just found it again on my hard drive yesterday.

Oops! I meant the Hilary with long blond hair, and I didn't know she only had 1 L. I'm Annie, I've probably met you before, I was a freshman with Susan and Christine and such, I'm Cole's Freshman, if that helps any. Was in the LARP, left Mac to move home ~ last November. Short, curly, usually blonde hair. I know I've seen you a few times, I just have a hard time putting names together with faces, except with people I know well.

You could do what I do, and allow the most recent posts to be viewed for a limited time, locking them after a time, so that when someone like me comes browsing we can see what sort of journal you're writing. Not that you're under an obligation to the rest of us nameless users or anything, but hey, it's a thought.

well, my journal before I locked it indicates the way it is now, I think. Mostly, at least.

I've locked it for some reasons both personal and professional, having it open isn't really an option.
