order means nothing, don't sweat it.

Recipes?

BBQ eel - unagi (oo-NAH-gee)
Krab - krab (actualy, we called it "kay-rab" when I was at the sushi-ya)
Tuna - maguro (MAH-goo-row)
Red Snapper - Tai
Smoked salmon.....I am not sure.
Smoked salmon is good in a roll with a hint of mayo and leaf lettuce.
Make sure you include some cucumber roll.

Get some salmon (sake, pronounced SHAH-kay).

I don't know how you plan on serving these, but I guess you are going to serve them in a roll, as opposed to nigiri. Right?

Actually, I was thinking of a little of both. As for the smoked salmon, I actually got that specifically to do philadelphia rolls. I like the idea of the other use for it, though - I'll try that.

The main reason I didn't get salmon for Shake was that she had already told me that's one she didn't care for, so I decided to not even have it present. There will certainly be plenty of other options! ;)
