Actually, I've found that when I am in the midst of emotional turmoil it's almost helpful to listen to what someone else is going through, because then I can focus on them and not myself. So anytime you feel the need to vent, positive or negative, please know that I welcome the complication. *loves*
Before you start thinking that you just need to learn to control your thoughts better or something, let me pull rank and remind you that this is my field and i know what i am talking about.
If you have a chemical imbalance, there is simply no way that you're going to stop this by trying harder, therapy or not.

I know you don't want meds but any past negative experience may have been due to the wrong meds or a poor doctor.
Please, please understand that this cycle you're going through is so much worse than it needs to be.
I love you and hate seeing you go through this. Please take it from someone who knows that life does not HAVE to feel this way.
