Dustin and I came pretty damn close to breaking up this weekend and I think the shock of it really helped our relationship. It made us talk about things that needed to be addressed and I no longer feel like I can't say or do something. Speaking of doing - the affection has skyrocketed and I kind of feel stupid for not addressing that topic sooner

Funny how the journal thing ends up being a continual problem. That's why I have made everything "friends" only - to keep the creepy ex-boyfriend away.

I'm listening to "Muscrat Love" on the radio -- this shit cracks me up every time I hear it. I can't believe it was ever popular!

Good luck with remaining friends with Bill. That will be one I'm curious to watch unfold. And best of luck with Dustin. I hope you both are able to get what you need. The new lines of communication will be a big help - that's for sure!

You know, I'd love to keep mine locked but I have so many friends with journals outside of lj that I really can't. And maybe he doesn't read it (I also wonder if his ex dips in every once in awhile, hungrily searching my entries for any mention of his name) but the tiny thought that he does sometimes keeps me from sometimes being as free as I'd like to be.

It will be interesting to see if we can be friends. He may not even get in touch (I say it that way because he never calls, always texts...I'd like to think that the sound of my voice causes him to tremble and think of taking me back - ha ha) but we'll see. I'll have to keep myself at a two drink minimum if he does - no cosmos!

And your photo shoot - awesome! Those "black and white" photos were gorgeous - very arty!

The 2 drink minimum is important. I get dangerously flirty when I am around someone I know likes me and I'm toasted.
