I hate exercising. Hate hate hate hate hate hate hATE hAtE HATE it. It has never once given me an endorphin rush; instead, it makes me feel exhausted, sore, cranky, and completely inadequate. Last night, the gym attendants were playing country, and CNN was doing a series of particularly insipid pieces about, among other things, whether Obama will say his middle name at his inauguration. I AM NEVER EVER FORGETTING THE IPOD EVER AGAIN.

I really, REALLY wish there was space on our ground floor for our recumbent exercise bike. I would totally be willing to pedal my little heart out watching something fun, or playing video games. ...though I'm not sure it would work with Rock Band.

I'm back to exercising because my pants are getting tight and I hate looking pregnant. That's my motivation - plus I think my face is really pretty when I don't weigh so much.

I hear ya. Now that I am unemployed I lounge and eat too much during the day, I am quickly realizing I may have to make exercising part of my day. Blech. Moving the body sucks.

We should take walks together and talk on our cell phones to each other. (Since that's the only logical way we could walk together, of course, as no one is working on my cheap transporter technology.)

I'm with you. I hate it. But I hate the death and lumpy shape too.

Hmm... maybe I should find a hot personal trainer.
