I defrosted something unlabelled from the freezer for tea tonight, and have found it's a homemade Moroccan merguez, chickpea and pepper spicy stew, perfect for a snowy night! I've cooked up a mound of couscous to go with, and am mightly cheered by this turn of events - plenty of harissa kick!
