Okay, so I've been hanging about a lot outside of my neighborhood and increasingly, I've began to notice more and more guys wearing pants that literally sag all the way past their asses. You are soooo funny! I agree with you on this, but lucky for us, this fashion was popular end of the nineties during my high school. You still have people wear that in USA? LOL..

I had to laugh at this: horrid potato sacks, guys that proudly wear these sacks and waddle around the city like a constipated penguin...

Lol, it's true though. The guys have to spread out their legs to keep their pants from falling off, making them look like short-legged penguins with a major constipation problem.

You guys are so lucky to have that fashion trend end so soon. Unfortunately, people here don't have as much a good taste in clothing.
